A system has been proposed and prototyped which would help for monitoring the health of a vibrating screen using Vibration Analysis .
The main objectives of the system is to aid the workers for the Maintenance and the tuning of the machine and all for the purpose of identifying faults in the machine thereby preventing any unscheduled maintenance which in turn may lead to a loss of money for the plant .
The system deploys the use of preventive maintenance to ensure that the machine is running a proper state but also that it is running smooth and efficiently. Further it is used to figure out why the machine is operating incorrectly.
Our system aims to solve this problem by using vibration sensors to capture the vibration value at various places in the machine and then transmit it to a receiver gateway which would then by means of a GSM system transmit this data into the cloud server where it would be stored and further analysis would take place to determine their status .
